Table 127 Redefining The Modern Steakhouse Experience

In the charming town of Iuka sits a little-known local eatery Table 127. This modern American Steak house is owned and operated by Anna Helton who was inspired by her grandmother Yvonne Long.

Long instilled a love of cooking and serving in Helton which adds to the allure of Table 127.

Table 127’s menu was crafted by both Helton and Chef Kenny Draper. Helton says that Chef Draper has “Extensive knowledge in fine dining and is a very valuable asset to the team.” Draper’s signature dish is Thyme Chicken with white wine cream sauce. Rumor is, it will leave your mouth watering and make you want to come back for more.

This Modern American Steakhouse sets itself apart from other restaurants in town. “Honestly, I just did what I liked,” Helton said “We try to get creative with our specials so we aren’t doing what everyone else does”. With that Helton has created a captivating, fun, and modern atmosphere that includes game night, karaoke, live music, family movie night, trivia night, and more!

Helton says her biggest challenge has been letting everyone know that Table 127 is open. Her advice to anyone hoping to open a restaurant is “Don’t give up right away, prepare yourself for the good days and the bad.”

Table 127 has karaoke night every other Friday night, the next one is scheduled for Friday June 28. Family movie night is the first Monday of the month and board game night is every other Friday.
