UNKNOWN HEIRS AT LAW AND DEVISEES OF DOYLE COMER, DECEASED, DEFENDANTS
THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI
TO: The Unknown Heirs at Law and Devisees of Doyle Comer, deceased.
You have been named as Defendants in a civil action filed in this Court by the Administrator, Wade Comer, seeking judicial determination of heirship of Doyle Comer, deceased.
YOU ARE COMMANDED TO APPEAR AND DEFEND THIS ACTION AT 9:00 A.M. ON THE 8th DAY OF AUGUST 2024 AT THE ALCORN CHANCERY COURTROOM OF THE TISHOMINGO COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 501 E. WALDRON ST. CORINTH, MISSISSIPPI, and in the case of your failure to appear and defend, judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the complaint.
You may mail or hand deliver a copy of a written answer either admitting or denying such allegations in the complaint to the attorney for the Estate at: Phillip M. Whitehead, Attorney at Law, P.O. Box 38, Tishomingo, MS 38873.
You must also file the original of your answer with the clerk of this Court afterward, but not later than 9:00 a.m. on the 8th day of August, 2024.
